Warehouse Technician

Clearsound Productions is looking for a committed and skilled Warehouse Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be integral to the efficient operations of our technical event hire company. Your responsibilities will include managing inventory, maintaining equipment, and ensuring timely deliveries, all crucial to the success of our events.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and test event equipment, including audio, lighting, video systems, and staging gear.
Assist in the loading and unloading of event equipment onto vehicles.
Organize and maintain the warehouse for efficient storage and easy access to equipment.
Work closely with the technical event team to fulfil customer orders accurately and on time.
Perform regular inventory checks and work with the purchasing team to keep supplies stocked.
Adhere to safety protocols while handling event equipment and materials.
Perform routine maintenance to ensure all event equipment is in optimal working condition.

Qualifications:

Prior experience in warehouse operations or technical event production is preferred.
Familiarity with audiovisual equipment used in technical event hire is a plus.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team, with minimal supervision.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Keen attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Physical ability to lift heavy equipment and stand for extended periods during event setups.
